About JBOI

The Junior Balkan Olympiad in Informatics (JBOI) is an annual algorithmic programming competition aimed at inspiring and challenging young, talented students in the field of computer science. It is designed for students from the Balkan region who are typically under the age of 15.5 years.

Modeled after the prestigious International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), JBOI emphasizes mathematical thinking, advanced problem-solving, and efficient coding. Over the course of the competition, contestants tackle complex algorithmic tasks that test their logical reasoning and proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
